We will run a series of four rhyme sessions seeing parents and children learn 5 rhymes together over a 4 week period, with a reward of a certificate for taking part. Learning rhymes together can help young children create social bonds, develop speech and language and also be a foundation for later emerging reading skills. Bookstart Bear is keen for all to take up the rhyme challenge and will be coming to visit them in Week 4 to help them sing the rhymes at a special singalong.
